Sebastiaan was sworn in as a lawyer in November 2020 and has been part of Fender Advocaten since 2023. Sebastiaan obtained his master’s degree in law from Tilburg University in 2020 and has since worked exclusively in employment law. He previously worked at a medium-sized firm in Brabant before joining our firm’s employment law section.
As an employment law lawyer, Sebastiaan deals with all facets of employment law and assists both employers and employees. He is also particularly interested in the international aspects of employment law, for example with regard to cross-border workers and transnational provision of services. Sebastiaan is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers and has published in the Journal of Dismissal Law.
